Hello, welcome to my travel blog, my small corner of the internet where I share fun travel itineraries, honest advice, and tips about destinations all over the world. I’m an Irish girl who “gave up” my career to explore corners of the world I once dreamt about.
I’m a “slowmad” – that means although I travel full time I stay in one location for at least 3 months. This allows me to really get to know a place and its people. I don’t like to just tick off destinations just to say I’ve been.
I am a real person, this blog does not use AI. I give real recommendations and honest advice. I am a millennial who loves to blow all my money on coffees and nice meals, you bet I’m sharing the best places.
I started this travel blog in 2022, and it has been growing steady since. I saw a gap for content written by a human. Too many travel blogs are using AI to mass produce itineraries and recommendations, writing primarily for SEO rather than their reader.
